We are incredibly grateful to the Gold Horse Casino for their amazing support of FOCUS’ Family & Child Support Services (FCSS) Program!

The Gold Horse Casino will be hosting a Community BBQ on Tuesday, August 18 from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, with donations going to support our FCSS Program.

We cannot thank the Gold Horse Casino enough for choosing to support the work we do with children, youth, and families in our communities. Community partnerships like this make a meaningful difference and help us continue providing support where it is needed most.

Come out, enjoy some great food, spend some time with the community, and support FOCUS FCSS!

Our Vermilion Transit Circuit runs 9 AM–4 PM and loops through your must-stop locations: Co-op, Shopper’s, Long’s, and the Focus Office.

Start your ride at Vermilion Valley Lodge at 9 AM and finish up by 4 PM.
Rides are just $5 one-way or $20 all day!

Hop on and enjoy an easy way to get around town. 💙

The Focus FCSS program is looking for gently used skates and hockey helmets for our office.
All sizes welcome — figure skates or hockey skates.

Helmet requirements:
✔ Must be CSA-approved
✔ Not expired
✔ No cracks or deep dents
✔ Straps and clips must be in good working condition

These donations help us take our children and youth skating and keep them active in our community. ❄️⛸️

✨ Thank You, Vermilion & Lloydminster! ✨

The 2025 Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign ran from November 17–23, and thanks to you, our amazing communities, a total of $21,921.44 was raised! These funds will be split between Focus Society for Support Services and the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. 💛

We are truly blown away by the support shown during this campaign. Every cookie purchased, every post shared, and every smile enjoyed helped make this possible.

A special thank you goes to the 5 Tim Hortons locations who showed up every day to bake, decorate, and sell the cookies. Your hard work and dedication made this incredible success happen.
