Summer Concert Music Series by Brooklyn Recreation Updates:

We are excited to announce that an additional concert evening has been added on September 1, and all available food vendor spaces have now been filled. Dirty Hog Smoke Pit will be at the Brooklyn Waterfront Park on July 28 and Hella Good Gourmet Hotdogs is scheduled for September 1.

Other food trucks we have scheduled are:
Mama Pita Food Trailer (July 7, 14, August 11)
Curbside Eats NS (July 21)
Toasties - Grilled Cheese Shack (August 4, 25)
South Shore Eats (August 18)

🌳🌸 The Brooklyn Waterfront Park is in full bloom!

These beautiful trees and flowers throughout the park have been generously donated by community members, with continued care throughout the summer months.

Landscaping Complete! ✅

To give the new grass the best chance to establish, we kindly ask everyone to stay out of the fenced-off area until it has had time to grow.

A big thank you to Jeff Delaney, Jake Henderson, and Giffy Fralic for their contributions to this improvement project!

Update: We also want to thank Jerr Henderson for donating his time and expertise to helping us grow the grass here (thank goodness, as us volunteers don’t have the best green thumb going).
