The Outdoor Pool Committee held it's monthly meeting yesterday and moved one step closer to realizing the goal. Thanks to all the voices who keep telling us that an aquatic facility is a necessity in the WestShore! We are looking for sponsorship doners to help fund the engineering designs which will allow for the next stage of grants and fundraising.

We are thrilled to officially launch the B.E.A.R. – Be Excited About Reading Program!

In partnership with the Rotary Club of Westshore, Cherish at Central Park is proud to bring generations together to support young readers in our community. 💛

Starting March 18, 2026
🗓 3rd Wednesday of every month
⏰ 3:30–4:30pm
📍 Hosted at Cherish at Central Park

Designed for elementary students in Grades 2–4, this program creates a warm, encouraging environment where reading confidence can grow — one story at a time.

We can’t wait to see the connections, smiles, and shared stories this program will inspire!

We had a great time celebrating the City of Langford Light Up this weekend🎄Rotary and community volunteers served 2,000 hotdogs in just 2 hours. That's one hotdog every 4 seconds! 🌭

A huge thank you to everyone who helped out. We'll see you on Wednesday for the City of Colwood Light Up, too!
