RING THOSE BELLS!
You carry your cell phone everywhere—so set an alarm for 9:09 a.m. and 9:09 p.m. on September 9 and let those bells chime for FASD awareness.
Set it once, and—unless you lose, break, or completely destroy your phone—those bells can ring at 9:09 until the cows come home. Oh, you don’t have cows? Then probably forever.
When your alarm rings, pause for a moment, wear or share something red, post a message of support, or start a conversation about FASD. Every ring is a reminder that individuals and families living with FASD deserve to be seen, understood, and supported.
