Great volleyball isn't built on big plays. It's built on small habits repeated until they're automatic. 🏐

Swipe through for 5 habits that will sharpen your game: staying low, calling the ball early, passing with a solid platform, serving with a routine, and reading the hitter.

A little bit of competition, a lot of learning, and countless moments of fun on the sand.
Every game brings something new to learn, whether it’s a better serve, a stronger pass, better communication, or simply learning to stay calm and enjoy the moment.
Winning is always exciting, but the real goal is to keep improving, gaining experience, and making memories along the way.

Way to go girls!!

Big hearts. Big teamwork. Big impact. 💛🏐

On Saturday, our Executive Director, Erin Storey, had the joy of meeting the Sunshine Coast Volleyball Club (SCVC) U15 Girls Team, who proudly donated $700 to our Free to Play Fund.

These incredible young athletes didn’t just show up on the court, they stepped up for our community. By raising these funds, they’re helping open doors to unstructured outdoor play, giving local children the freedom to move, imagine, and connect away from screens and into nature.

We’re deeply grateful to the SCVC U15 Girls, their parents, and the community members who rallied behind them with time, energy, and generosity. Together, you’re investing in confident, capable kids—and a stronger Sunshine Coast!

☀️ Free to Play supports local projects where children can grow through play, creativity, and connection. When kids are free to play their own way, amazing things happen.

Gifts are tax-deductible and 100% of proceeds stay on the Sunshine Coast.
