Join the Toronto Police Service as a Stable Attendant and play an important role in supporting the Mounted Unit and the care of our police mounts!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily care, feeding, grooming, and basic health monitoring of the horses, while also ensuring the stable facility is clean, safe, secure, and operating efficiently. You’ll work closely with uniformed members, veterinarians, farriers, vendors, and community members to help maintain the high standards required for the Mounted Unit’s operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is confident working with large animals, takes pride in maintaining a well-organized facility, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
If you’re passionate about horse care, have strong organizational skills, and want to contribute to a unique and valued area of policing, this opportunity is for you.
