These photos only tell part of the story 🌱

behind every event, workshop, and conversation our leaders, advocates, professional professionals, and community champions who continue to invest their time, expertise and energy into the well-being of our communities.

While these images capture a moment, they can’t fully capture the planning, collaboration and commitment that make meaningful impact possible.

What they do show is a group of people who care about their communities and continue to show up for the work.

We are grateful for every person who continues to contribute their time, knowledge and passion to making a difference

But so does doing everything yourself.
When we sat down with Kenesha Lewis, founder of One More Cocoa , we talked about one of the realest parts of entrepreneurship: knowing you need help, but not always loving what it takes to get it.

Because the truth is, you cannot be the owner, operator, CEO, delivery person, marketing team, customer service rep, admin assistant, and everything else forever.

That is not growth.

That is burnout with a business name.
At some point, scaling requires support.

Hiring may be uncomfortable, but building something sustainable means learning when to delegate, release control, and make room for the business to grow beyond you.
