One more long run before the St Lawrence Marathon

The Russell Run Club is taking a little road trip to Cornwall for a final training run on the race route. If you’re racing, it’s a great chance to preview the course. If not, it’s simply a good excuse for a scenic long run with good company.

We’ll run an out-and-back on the course, with impromptu aid stations along the way. Distances can range anywhere from 5 km to 30 km, so you can choose what works best for you.
