Our main course instructor, Stuart Parker, worked for fifteen years in the public university system. For more than a decade, he proposed teach this course to every university at which he taught. Now, finally, he is teaching it anyway.
It is a course about the historiography of doomsday movements, both secular and religious. As a historian of Christianity and a former leader of a Green Party, he brings a diversity of experience to our next course: Great Disappointments: All the Times the World Didn't End.
