It’s been a dry summer and VMMC has been keeping an eye on the fire regulations for ORV riding as there is a large fire hazard risk.

As of today, Vedder mountain falls under the BC Government ORV riding ban.

We are asking all ORV riders to follow the guidelines and refrain from ORV use in the affected areas.

The trail gnomes were hard at work this past weekend!

Thanks to Dayne, Shawn, and Dusty for replacing the bridge on M**F trail!

That bridge took lots of hard work and hours to make and will last decades. Thanks to our amazing volunteers for the quality job!

It’s great to see everyone out on the trails working together to make Vedder better!

We did some awesome work at our June 6th VMMC work party!

The core crew was out and about! They got tons of brush cleared from the staging area, and a fresh bridge made and installed on Meat Grinder trail!

Massive thanks to all the volunteers who showed up to help make Vedder better!

This Saturday at the VMMC work party, we will be needing some people to bring their dirtbikes as we will be hauling material for a bridge up on the mountain.

We will also be doing some clearing of brush and branches from the kids track!

Bring some tools if you have them and we will see you on Saturday!

Vedder mountain is hosting the Vedder Challenge this weekend. This is not a motorcycle event, but a multi sport event that other Vedder mountain user groups put on for their communities.

Please use caution and respect the other mountain users this weekend. There will be runners, mountain bikers, and other mountain goers on the trails and the FSR.

Thanks for helping to keep Vedder a safe and fun trail network by respecting other user groups

We had a great day yesterday at the VMMC Vedders Revenge Fun ride!

It was a great day of riding on a great course. We are stoked to have everyone out and being part of the community!

A massive thank you to all of our volunteers and members. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be able to put on events like this. We appreciate all of your help making Vedder better!
