Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and menu plans.
• Accommodate specialized dietary requirements for guests when needed.
Menu & Recipe Development
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director on menu planning and recipe development.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Kitchen Operations
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Clean and properly maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Food Service Director and Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Complete all assigned food preparation, cleaning, and organizational tasks.
• Support a positive and collaborative team environment while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Reporting Structure
• Accountable to the Food Service Director and Shift Supervisor regarding kitchen operations and performance.
