3068 SALH RCACC is an army cadet unit located in Camrose, Alberta, Canada

The unit parades every tuesday from 600 to 930 at the Moose Hall in Camrose, Alberta.

Some of our Cadets are undergoing training at Whitehorse CTC, While one of them is employed as a staff Cadet. Just some of the amazing opportunities available through the Canadian Cadet Organization. Travel, accommodations and meals are all provided. Course Cadets are paid a weekly honorarium and staff Cadets are paid a daily rate based on their rank and duties.

Reminder to all Cadets:

Canada Day ceremonies will take place on Wednesday July 1st. Cadets are to meet at the Camrose Community Center for 1030hrs. We will march to the Max McLean Arena where the opening ceremonies and festivities will take place. Dress is C-1.

Cadets who are attending Summer Training should be there to obtain their travel orders/ Joining Instructions. Cadets who recently accepted their Summer Training Offers should be there to sign their document.

Summer Training Preparation Night!

Cadets attending a Training Center this summer are required to attend Cadets tonight to receive and review their travel itineraries and Joining Instructions. This is an opportunity for Cadets/ Parents to ask questions about their Travel, their Training or the process.

This may also be the last opportunity to ensure a properly fitted uniform for the summer. Dress is civilian clothing.

Cadets who received their SALH cap brass that would like to receive their SALH shoulder titles ahead of Canada Day may come and exchange their current shoulder titles.

3068 Annual Ceremonial Review is tonight. Attendance by Cadets is mandatory. Parents and families are encouraged to come. Cadets are to eat a light meal prior to the event and to be at the Max McLean Arena for 1730hrs (5:30pm). Dress is C-1.

At this time there will also be a Change of Command from Captain Alex Boos to Captain Chris Coombs.

This will be the last official parade of the training year. We will have our year end wind up activity on Saturday June 13th and we will participate in the opening ceremonies for the Canada Day celebration on Wednesday July 1st. Information on these will be available at the Review.
