What another fantastic night of live music at Rose City Roots!

We were thrilled to welcome WiL and Company to the Bailey Theatre for an outstanding evening of roots, folk, blues, and rock. And what a performance they delivered!

Led by the wonderfully talented WiL, the trio treated us to a captivating display of musicianship, spontaneity, and musical chemistry. WiL’s gritty, expressive vocals and remarkable percussive guitar playing were complemented beautifully by the intricate pedal steel work and rhythmic drive of his bandmates. The music moved effortlessly between intimate, atmospheric passages and powerful, foot-stomping moments, keeping the audience engaged throughout the evening.

What made the performance particularly special was the interplay between the musicians. There was a wonderful sense of freedom and improvisation in their playing, with each musician contributing something distinctive while remaining completely in tune with the others. It was a great reminder of just how rewarding live music can be when talented performers have the freedom to explore and create together.

Nights like this are exactly what Rose City Roots is all about — bringing exceptional musicians to Camrose and sharing memorable live music experiences with our community as we celebrate our 20th anniversary season.
A huge thank you to WiL and Company for a terrific show, to the wonderful staff at the Bailey Theatre for their hospitality and professionalism, and to our sponsors for their continued support.

Special thanks to Radical Productions, one of our newest sponsors, for capturing the evening in these fantastic photographs.

And, of course, thank you to our loyal audience for continuing to support live music in Camrose. Twenty years in, your enthusiasm is what keeps Rose City Roots going strong!

Thanks for getting your roots on with us!
