The Calgary Stetson Show Band was formed in 1988 as a marching show band for senior high school students. In their unique black and gold uniforms, the band proudly represents Calgary, Alberta and Canada with entertaining and innovative performances. The Stetson Band provides young people with the excitement and challenge of a marching music ensemble. As a senior band, the Calgary Stetson Show Band

has excelled with their high standards of musicianship and performance developed in an atmosphere of camaraderie and fun. Their regular season includes participating in numerous parades and events within Calgary and the surrounding area. The Stetson Show Band has had the opportunity to tour Canada, the United States, England, Europe and Japan. Destinations have included Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Disneyland, EuroDisney, Tokyo Disney, France, Holland, Germany, Italy, Malaysia and Switzerland.

Happy Holidays from the Calgary Stetson Show Band!

We’ve had a fantastic fall season and are looking forward to sharing all our hard work in the coming months.

To all the families, friends, and supporters of CSSB, thank you for always cheering us on and advocating for this activity as a valuable experience for the youth involved. 2025 was a year of growth, and we can’t wait to share what we have in store for 2026!
