Fall Flag Football is almost here.

Season runs from September 13 to October 7. Short, fast-paced, and built for development every week.

We are adding something extra this year. Every athlete gets access to a free weekly skills camp during the season. This gives players more reps, more coaching, and more confidence on the field.

We are also running a free skills camp on July 18 from 12 to 2 PM. This is open to everyone. Bring a friend, get a feel for the program, and start building your game early.

Spots are filling up. Make sure you get registered and ready for the fall season.

UA Girls Flag is where players build real skills and grow together.

This league focuses on teamwork, game awareness, and confidence on the field. Every practice and game helps players learn how to communicate, support each other, and make smart decisions in real time.

Players improve their football IQ by learning spacing, timing, and reading the play. They start to understand why plays work, not only how to run them. That leads to faster reactions and stronger performance every week.

Skill development stays front and center. Passing, catching, route running, and defensive positioning all get attention in a positive and competitive environment. Players get reps, coaching, and feedback that helps them improve fast.

Most important, girls build confidence. They step on the field, trust their abilities, and compete as a team.

Referees play a major role in every game. You bring structure, fairness, and leadership to the field while helping create a positive experience for every athlete.

We are looking for referees who want to be part of something bigger. This is your chance to step in, lead games with confidence, and make a real impact in young athletes’ lives.

You will be fully equipped with your own referee gear, supported every step of the way, and paid for your time on the field.

This is more than a role. It is an opportunity to grow, lead, and give back to the game.
