Since our incorporation in 1974, Sherwood Park Manor has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Brockville, Ontario. For over 50 years, we have operated as a non-profit, non-municipal long-term care home dedicated the belief that everyone should have a choice to celebrate living.

When we aren’t doing big music programs or baking up a storm in the kitchen, we do one-on-one games and small activities. Things like colouring, bean bag toss and crafts!✨

Cupcakes were on the menu this week! 🧁Residents enjoyed baking, decorating, and, of course, taste testing their delicious creations. 😄

What a difference a few weeks can make! ✨ Every day, this once-empty building is becoming more of a home. Rooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are coming together beautifully, creating bright, spacious, and comfortable places for residents to enjoy. 🏡

Our first big outing of the year - Fulford Museum! A classic every year and a resident favourite. We loved learning about the Fulford family, including the famous “Pink Pills,” and how innovative and ahead of their time the family was during that era! Following the tour, we enjoyed a nice packed lunch on the veranda overlooking the beautiful river ☀️
