Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum aren't meant to be navigated alone. Join local birth and postpartum doula Faith Clark from Clark Doula Services for an interactive conversation about the role of doulas and the many ways they can support families through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.

✨ Prenatal Education Classes – Pay What You Can 💜

We believe every family deserves access to trusted guidance and support during this pivotal season of life. 💛 That’s why our group prenatal classes are offered in a pay-what-you-can format—so cost is never a barrier to care.

🍼 Prenatal Education includes TWO Key Sessions:

📅 Session 1 | June 13th
🕘 9:30am – 12:30pm
• What to expect during labor
• Comfort measures & coping strategies
• How partners can best support during birth

📅 Session 2 | June 14th
🕘 1:30pm - 4:30pm
• Postpartum care for mom & baby
• Supporting health and wellness in the early weeks (and beyond!)

Sessions are held at 5 Pine St (QueenCare Centre)

Join us on Saturday, June 6th (rain day: June 7th) at the Feeding Families Community Garden to kick off its 3rd season!

📍 334 Park St. (Generations Midwifery Care)
🕗 Drop-in style from 8:00am–Noon
🌼 Kids are welcome, and refreshments will be provided!

Come help plant seeds for the season, play in the dirt, and connect with other families! We can’t wait to grow this amazing initiative together 🌿
