On Friday night, we held our Change of Officers event at the Canadian Raceboat Hall of Fame and Venue.

It was such a great celebration of Rotarians doing good in our community!

Congratulations to all the recipients.

Member Service Award: Marnie Clark (5 y), Susan Montgomery (10 y), Gabe Rubio-Cote (15 y), Richard Borland and Paul Mascarin (25 y), late Brian Tickle (30 y), Don Smith (40 y), and Larry Miller (45 y).

Yellow Ribbon recipients: Dave Brouillette and Linda Brouillette, Jon Denbok, Keith Montgomery and Susan Montgomery, John Mullen, Andrew Smellie, Don Smith, Ron and Margaret Walton, and Dan Wyjad.

Paul Harris Fellow (PHF):

- Richard Leitch PHF+3 for all his work as secretary of our club.
- Darragh Parsons PHF+1 for always being there to help, especially with the mental health, Rotary Cares and DEI committees
- Lea Reprich PHF for her work and involvement in the club over this year.

This years President Jon Denbok handed over the gavel to incoming President Susan Montgomery as she readies herself to lead our Club into the 2026-2027 year!

We invite you to our Strawberry Social at the Rotary Centennial Gardens on June 27th from 3 pm - 4:30 pm.

There will be the sweet sound of the Highway 11 Corridor Ukulele Band playing while you taste your sweet strawberry shortcake and cream and enjoy a beverage.

Where: Rotary Centennial Gardens (corner of Pine Street and Taylor Road)
Time: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Admission Cost: Suggested donation of $5/person or $10/family

Are you able to help the kids in Ukraine?

A number of years ago we partnered with the Rotary Club of Kharkiv Multinational, Ukraine and successfully raised funds to support their program for kids where they learnt how to deal with the physical and emotional trauma of war. As we all know, the war hasn't ended and the need is greater than ever before to continue this program.
