This Thanksgiving, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all that we are grateful for.
To our dedicated staff, Board members, community partners, and the individuals and families we support-thank you for the compassion, commitment, and collaboration you bring to our community every day.
Together, you help make Pathways a place where people feel supported, valued, and connected.
Wishing everyone a happy and meaningful Thanksgiving filled with family, friendship, laughter, and gratitude.
Our offices will reopen Tuesday at 8:15 a.m.

The latest findings highlight both the progress being made and the opportunities that remain in advancing disability inclusion across workplaces worldwide. With participation from 421 organizations across 45 countries, the report provides valuable insights into accessibility, accommodations, recruitment, leadership, supplier inclusion, and more.

Key takeaways include:
✅ Strong adoption of flexible work accommodations and mental health supports

✅ Growing focus on accessibility across products, services, and workplaces
