The latest findings highlight both the progress being made and the opportunities that remain in advancing disability inclusion across workplaces worldwide. With participation from 421 organizations across 45 countries, the report provides valuable insights into accessibility, accommodations, recruitment, leadership, supplier inclusion, and more.

Key takeaways include:

Major employment barriers faced by persons experiencing disability include stigma, lack of knowledge about disability, and rigid workplace policies, according to recent research conducted by CASE and the Centre for Community Based Research.
