Today, we light a candle for Sydni.

A bright light. A beautiful soul. A young life that touched many hearts.

Her passing is a reminder that we never truly know what someone may be carrying behind a smile. Even those who shine brightly on the outside need support, connection, and community.

May we choose kindness more often.
May we check in on one another.
May we remind the people we love that they do not have to carry life’s burdens alone.

Walking into a gym can feel intimidating.

So let’s keep it simple.

30 Minutes.
3 Pieces of Equipment.
The Same Round Every Time.

5 Minute Warm-Up

Choose:

* Treadmill walk
* Elliptical
* Easy bike ride

20 Minute Circuit

Complete 4 rounds of:

🏋️ 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts

🏋️ 10 Dumbbell Squats
(Hold one dumbbell at your chest)

❤️ 1 Minute Cardio
(Treadmill, elliptical, or bike)

Rest if needed and repeat.

5 Minute Cool Down

* Easy walk
* Stretch your legs, shoulders, and back

That’s it.

No complicated exercises.
No worrying about what everyone else is doing.

Just move your body for 30 minutes and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Remember: The hardest part isn’t the workout.
It’s walking through the door.

This coaching is designed for anyone who wants guidance with nutrition, training, accountability, fat loss, muscle building, gym performance, or simply creating better habits that last.

Monthly coaching includes personalized calorie and macro targets, a customized training plan, simple meal structure, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, food substitutions, and ongoing support.

Monthly coaching is $50 CAD.

Current Because Health members receive 5% off, bringing the member rate to $47.50 per month.

Dance recital ticket envelopes should be returned with your dancer’s ticket money as soon as possible.

✔️ Ticket money due: $40.00 (4 tickets)

If you would like additional tickets, please write the following information clearly on the outside of your envelope:
• Dancer’s name
• Which show (12:00 PM or 4:00 PM)
• Number of additional tickets requested

Please do not include money for extra tickets at this time.

Extra tickets will not be sold or assigned until all recital ticket envelopes have been returned and we have determined availability.

📅 Deadline to return ticket envelopes: Saturday, June 6

Thank you for helping us organize a wonderful recital for all of our dancers. We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to see everyone on stage!
