SAD UPDATE – LUCY, 16 – LOCATED DECEASED – AURORA, ONTARIO

The search for 16-year-old Lucy has ended in tragedy. The Aurora teen, who had been missing since October 27, has been found deceased.

Lucy was a student at Dr. G.W. Williams Secondary School. Aurora Mayor Tom Mrakas expressed condolences to her loved ones, saying the community is mourning alongside Lucy’s family and friends.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this heartbreaking loss. Police have not released details surrounding the circumstances of Lucy’s death.

Have your say on October 26th! Congratulations to all the candidates, and thank you for putting your names forward. Special thanks to and Phiona Z Durrant
Vote for change, Aurora! We live in a young, vibrant, and diverse community. Our elected officials and municipal town staff should be a reflection of the people they serve.

Diversity goes beyond skin colour. It is about having different lived experiences and a genuine desire to serve all people, bringing into office leadership that takes the burden and responsibility off residents to advocate for themselves.

Please visit the town’s website to learn more about the candidates and how to vote.

Get out and vote!
