Preparing for the First Day of School:

A little trick that helps first-day nerves: pack THREE snacks. 🍎🥪🍪

One for first recess. One for lunch. One for last recess.

Suddenly the day isn't a scary unknown — it's three little landmarks. Snack one means recess came. Snack three means home is close.

We turned it into a song. 🎒 In our newest ClayDay Rhymes video, Katya packs her backpack with Mama Shoosh and Papa Harry and heads off to her very first day of school — all in handmade claymation, starring our own three Maltese pups.

If you've got a little one starting soon, this one's for you. 💛

Planning ahead is not about giving up your independence. It is about protecting your choices.

A big thank you to Marla from The Renoir Retirement Living for a thoughtful and informative presentation on “Making the Right Move at the Right Time.”

Marla shared an important message. Too many families wait until a crisis forces a rushed decision. Planning earlier can mean:

• More choice and control
• Less stress for you and your family
• Freedom from home maintenance
• More social connection
• Safety and peace of mind
• Support when you need it

One of the best takeaways was simple: instead of asking, “Do I need this now?” ask, “What kind of lifestyle do I want going forward?”

Thank you, Marla, for helping our PRO Network members better understand how early conversations and thoughtful planning can make the transition to retirement living feel more positive, personal, and empowering.

If you or someone in your family has started thinking, “Maybe in a year or two,” that may be the perfect time to start exploring your options.

Thank you, Dr. Leesa Sanchez, for an informative and thought-provoking presentation today!

Many people think chiropractic care is only about treating back or neck pain, but Dr. Leesa showed us how the spine, nervous system, and brain work together to influence how our bodies function every day. From movement and balance to sleep, stress management, and overall well-being, her presentation highlighted the important role of maintaining a healthy nervous system.

One of the key takeaways was that better movement and better communication between the brain and body can help people live more active, comfortable, and productive lives. It was fascinating to learn how chiropractic care may support not only pain relief, but also improved mobility, sleep quality, and daily function.

If you’ve been dealing with aches and pains, reduced mobility, or simply want to feel and function at your best, Dr. Leesa is a great resource to connect with.

Thank you, Dr. Leesa, for sharing your knowledge and helping our group better understand the connection between spinal health and overall wellness!
