Digital defamation can harm lives, silence voices, and damage dignity.

Through Tasnim's story in this ECSAGE advocacy short film, we highlight the importance of knowing your rights, seeking support, and speaking up against online abuse.

💬 “Digital defamation is also violence. Its wounds are silent, but deep.”

Nurjahan's journey from Shyamnagar, Satkhira reminds us that awareness creates change.

Through ECSAGE Digital Safety Sessions, she gained the confidence to speak up and inspire others.

💬 “Silence is not safety. Awareness and information are our greatest strengths.”

🌱 Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future. 🌍

On World Environment Day 2026, 5 June 2026, around 100 young people gathered at Central Shaheed Minar, Dhaka, and formed a symbolic Human Map to demonstrate the power of collective climate action.

Through a Human Chain and Image Theatre, participants raised their voices for Climate Justice, Clean Air, Renewable Energy, and a Just Energy Transition, while highlighting the urgent need to protect vulnerable communities from the impacts of climate change.

This initiative was organised by Youth For Change Bangladesh Foundation along with ActionAid Bangladesh, Just Energy Transition Network Bangladesh, C3ER – BRAC University, Shurjodoy Youth Society, Kormojibi Nari, LEDARS, Oxfam in Bangladesh, The Earth Society and Youth for CARE.

Climate change knows no borders and neither should our commitment to addressing it. Together, young people are taking action for a sustainable and just future.

From Jatrabari to becoming a voice for change, Shefali's journey shows that awareness can break cycles of poverty, inequality, and child marriage.

Through the ECSAGE project, girls and communities are gaining the knowledge and confidence to challenge harmful practices and protect their rights.

💬 “Don’t be afraid to know your rights and stand up against injustice.”

Together, we can build safer futures for every girl.
