📣 Call for Proposals | Youth Impact Bootcamp 2026

BYC member organizations, bring your community project ideas to life! Submit a proposal under one of these thematic areas:

🌱 Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability
💜 Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights
⚖️ Gender Equality, Inclusion and Diversity, and Child Marriage
🕊️ Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, Policy Advocacy and Engagement
💡 Education, Skill Development, Digital Transformation and Innovation
🤝 Youth Leadership and Empowerment, Collaboration and Networking
🎨 Arts, Culture, and Creative Expression

Whichever theme you choose, please show how your project will promote gender equality and inclusion
20 youth-led organizations will be selected for a three-day bootcamp to develop their ideas with expert mentors. After the final presentations, 10 organizations will be selected to receive up to BDT 50,000 each in seed funding.

In celebration of International Day of the Girl Child 2026, Youth For Change Bangladesh Foundation organized an interactive, game-based school campaign at City Corporation Adarsha High School, Dhaka

Through exciting games, real-life scenarios, and collective problem-solving, young girls explored ways to break the barriers of child marriage, gender stereotypes, unequal educational opportunities, safety concerns, and discrimination that limit their dreams and potential.

Because every girl deserves the freedom, safety, and opportunity to shape her own future.

The campaign was organized under the Space to Lead Project, supported by Plan International Bangladesh and Sida - Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete.

Is there a challenge in your community that your team wants to address? Start shaping an innovative, community-driven project idea under one of the six thematic areas.

Through Youth Impact Bootcamp 2026, 20 BYC member organizations will be selected for a three-day bootcamp with expert mentoring and the chance to pitch their plans. Ten winning organizations will each receive BDT 50,000 in seed funding to put their ideas into action.

The application dates and submission details will be announced soon. For now, think about the problem you want to solve, who your project will support, and what your team could do.
Your idea could be the start of real change.

Every girl deserves the freedom to dream, the opportunity to learn, and the right to shape her own future. Yet millions of girls continue to face child marriage, discrimination, violence, and barriers to education. It’s time to turn promises into action.

This International Day of the Girl, let’s end child marriage and invest in girls’ rights. Let’s amplify their voices, challenge harmful norms, and create a world where every girl can grow up safe, empowered, and free to choose her own path.

When we invest in girls, we invest in a better future for everyone.
