Every donation has the power to create real impact.

A huge thank to the team at Ignite Health Clubs who spent the first week of May raising funds and awareness for FoodShare.

From casual visitors donating instead of paying for their session, to a community BBQ that brought members together around a shared cause, the team showed how local businesses can make a difference though their daily operations.

Their contribution pushed our Winter Appeal over the $15,000 fundraising milestone!!

For 15 years, FoodShare has been helping people across our region access the food they need with dignity and respect. This winter, we're asking 15,000 locals to give just $15 to help continue that work.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out this morning to support our second FoodDrive!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we collected more than 600kg of food donations from 28 cars — an amazing result that will make a real difference to those in need.

A special shout out to the Riverina Sports Car Association and all of its members who stopped by to donate and proudly showcase their incredible cars. Your support, enthusiasm, and community spirit helped make it a great morning.

A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers for all your help and to our community pantry coordinator Nicole for making the event happen!

🚗🥫 5 Ways You Can Support Our FoodDrive This Saturday!

Every donation makes a difference for local people doing it tough. Here are five simple ways you can help:

1️⃣ Donate a box, bag, or boot-load of non-perishable food and deliver it to our Community Pantry.

2️⃣ Donate 15 cleaning items – these are always in high demand. Think laundry liquid, dishwashing tablets, disinfectants, and general cleaning supplies.

3️⃣ Donate 15 personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, or toothbrushes.

4️⃣ Rally your neighbours! Encourage households in your street to put together a donation and drive it through.

5️⃣ Share this post and help spread the word.

❤️ No donation is too small — it all helps local people in our community.
Together, we can stock the pantry shelves and support those who need it most.

A big thank you to Colin and Karen, who dropped by the warehouse last week with a generous donation for our Winter Appeal. 💚

After spotting Arnold's fantastic Inflation Feeder Bundle deal, they purchased not one, but two bundles and donated them straight to FoodShare.

Each bundle includes:
🥔 5kg potatoes
🎃 A whole pumpkin
🧅 1kg brown onions
🥕 1kg carrots

For just $9.99 per bundle, they were able to provide a substantial amount of fresh produce that will support local families doing it tough this winter.

It's a great reminder that small actions can have a big impact.

A huge thank you to our Community Partner Harris Farm Markets Albury

Recently, our Projects Coordinator Mark visited the team to discuss NSW's new food donation mandates. On average, Harris Farms donates an incredible 22,000kg of fresh produce and grocery items to FoodShare every month.

Those donations are quickly redistributed through our Community Pantry and warehouse, helping fill shopping trolleys, and agency orders to get quality food to people who need it most.

By rescuing food locally and distributing it locally, we're also helping reduce food waste and minimising environmental impact.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a committed community partner. Thank you to the entire Harris Farm team for your ongoing support.
