The Flying Bookworm theatre company will be joining us for our term 3 incursion - open to all paid enrolled members of Whittlesea playgroup, even if you don't normally attend on a Thursday!

Where: 76 Laurel Street, Whittlesea (playgroup building)
When: Thursday 17th September
Time: Playgroup will begin at the usual time of 9:30am
Cost: FREE for paid enrolled families
What: Come on a magic journey in to the world of books, consisting of theatrical presentations of popular stories and poems. Each performance goes for approximately 50 minutes and contains three stories.

We look forward to a fun day and seeing you there!

Today is the day to collect your Tony's Pies from playgroup!

We recommend coming in between 11-11:30am as this gives us enough time to have received and sorted your orders. If you have made a prior arrangement for your pies to be stored, your pies will be available on the agreed upon date.

Welcome to week 7 at Whittlesea Playgroup!

This week is book week, feel free to come in your favourite book character costume! Join us in creating a “tambourine”, rescue some pom poms in the red tub or join in some rice play.

We will also have a special story time on Friday (28th August) with Laura who will also be whipping up some vegan pancakes for everyone to enjoy.

If you ordered from our Tony’s pie drive, thank you! Your pies will be ready to collect from tomorrow onwards.

We can’t wait see you all 🥁

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Orders are due no later than midnight MONDAY 24th August.
- All orders are to be made via the link above, there are no paper forms this year.
- Orders will be delivered to playgroup on WEDNESDAY 26th August. If this is not a normal playgroup day for your family, you are still welcome to attend for a play and to collect your order. Orders will be ready for collection around 11:30am.
- We have limited space to store pies at playgroup for either next day pickup (refrigerated) or following week pick up (frozen). Enquire early with committee if you require this for your order.
- Pies are delivered fresh and ready to be cooked. They are great for freezing too so be sure to stock up.

All funds raised are for the continued operation of Whittlesea Playgroup and we thank you for your support!

Welcome to week 6 at Whittlesea Playgroup!

This week our theme is bears! Join us in painting a teddy bear paper plate mask, get messy in our Goldilocks sensory tub or bring your own teddy and have a teddy bear picnic.

We will also have the CWA joining us on Thursday (20th August) to whip up some delicious choc crackles!

Welcome to week 3 at Whittlesea Playgroup!

Join us this week at the craft station to create winter beanies or rescue some frozen pom poms in the red tub.

This week we will also be having two intergenerational story time sessions. On Thursday we will be joined by members of the Whittlesea Lodge and on Friday we will have Whittlesea Seniors joining us. You are also invited to bring along grandparents!

Please note that term fees are now overdue, reach out to committee if you need any assistance 🥶
