FIX IT FRIDAY HAS NEW FIXERS! We are very excited to announce that we have 2 new "fixers" on the team! The Tenancy Assistance and Advocacy Program assists vulnerable people in private rental arrangements. They can help with unfair rental increases, preparing for VCAT appearances, property condition reports and bond returns, lease breaches and unfair treatment. We also have Mortgage Stress Victoria joining us this month - they are whizzes with hardship conditions and mortgage arrears. Both fixers require bookings so call us on 9716 3361 to register for help! Next Fix it Friday is 22nd May!
