🩷 Our Beautiful Members keep Making a Difference 🩷

Our wonderful members at CWA Werribee South have been busy filling an number of "Share the Dignity Pink Boxes" with much-needed essentials regularly to support women and girls experiencing period poverty.

It’s amazing what we can achieve when we come together as a club and community. Every donation, every item and every helping hand can make someone’s day a little easier. 🌸💜

A huge thank you to our beautiful members for your generosity, kindness and caring hearts. Together, we’re helping women and girls feel supported, respected and, most importantly, not forgotten. 🩷🩷

Such exciting News about one of our very own members, Christine Wilkins.🎉🎊

Christine has made herself and all of us incredibly proud of her, taking First Prize in the prestigious Hodgson Cup Award for Best Decorated Cake at the State Creative Arts Exhibition, representing the Werribee South Branch CWA, Geelong Group. ⭐️🏆

The cake itself was absolutely whimsical and beautiful, with every detail so meticulously and lovingly crafted. The creativity, precision and incredible attention to detail that Christine has shown was truly amazing. ✨🫶🐇🐰

🎄❤️ CWA WERRIBEE SOUTH RECENT ANNUAL CHRISTMAS IN JULY FOR 2026 ❤️🎄

Our CWA Werribee South Annual Calendar Christmas in July was once again a wonderful success, filled with Christmas spirit, community and giving. ❤️

From members setting up the night before to a full house of guests on the day, it was a joyful celebration of laughter, friendship and festive fun.🎉

There was something for everyone, we had a choir, cake stall, craft store, silent auction, lots of raffle prizes, plant stall and plenty of photos with Santa! 🎅

And then there was Santa! 😂🎅
He arrived ringing his big bell, jumped into his famous sack and got straight down to business, checking his Naughty or Nice book to see who had been good… and who might have had a little something to confess! 🤣😂🔔

Most importantly, the event raised much-needed funds for local organisations and causes supported by CWA Werribee South, while bringing the community together.

Our guest speaker this year was Louise Taylor, who gave us an interesting and informative insight into the day-to-day workings of the CWA Head Office. It was wonderful to hear more about what happens behind the scenes and the important work carried out by CWA. Thank you, Louise, for sharing your time and knowledge with us. ❤️

Also this year Guests were also invited to bring a new gift or toy for UNITING’s Christmas gift initiative. Natalie from UNITING organisation shared how this will help provide gifts for around 500 children, bringing Christmas joy to families in need. 🎁❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, bought raffle tickets and supported our stalls, your generosity makes a real difference.

And to our CWA Werribee South members, thank you for your hard work and dedication. ❤️ Your efforts behind the scenes make events like this possible.
Together, we continue to show what CWA is all about.... friendship, community, kindness and helping others. ❤️🎄

God willing see you all again New Year !
