HOMEMAKERS SWAP ROCKINGHAM
It’s time to gather your goodies for our next swap! Mark your calendars and start thinking about what you'd like to share.
​If you're new to the group or just need a quick refresher, here is how our swaps work:

​🧺 How it Works:
​The 5-for-5 Swap: Bring along up to 5 quality items to swap (think beautiful homemade goods, spice mixes, preserves, garden produce, or lovely household items) and take home 5 new treasures in return!
​The Community Table: We love a good catch-up! Please bring a small plate of food to share on the community table so we can graze and chat.

Now is your chance for a ‘Try it for $10’ special event.

SOUND BATH with Tracey
Bring your own yoga mats, cushion, eye mask & blanket. If the floor is not for you - then grab a chair or bring your own foldable/travel recliner. The more comfy you are - the better the experience.

All you need to do is close your eyes and listen to the calming sounds of chimes and crystal singing bowls.
Delivered by an accredited practitioner and member of My Health Association.

Thanks to the City of Rockingham for organising Beaver Tree Services to come and remove the huge branch 🌿that was precariously hanging near the Centre after the wild storms. 🌩
