At today's breakfast, we welcomed the delightful Rochelle from her organisation Play 4 Change IncThis group is dedicated to guiding children through emotional trauma in DV situations, a cause that Rotary supports wholeheartedly. It was a very meaningful presentation.

❄️🧥 WINTER JACKET COLLECTION – THURSDAY 11 JUNE 🧥❄️

As the colder weather sets in, many local individuals and families are doing it tough. The Rotary Club of Maryborough Sunrise is calling on our wonderful community to help us spread a little warmth this winter.

We are collecting new or good-quality warm jackets and coats for men, women and children to be distributed locally to those in need.

As we celebrate Rotary's youth service month in May, it's heartening to see Urangan State High School students excelling in their entrepreneurial venture at Stockland in Hervey Bay. The students' innovative collaboration has yielded an impressive range of craft, pottery, bags, cards, and stencil work. Its was great to join Rotary Club Hervey Bay City and 45 others at Kondari-Hotel Hervey Bay.

Loaded up and ready for the trip to Brisbane to RARE "Rotary Australia Repurposing Equipment" Northern Region headquarters so this medical gear can have another life overseas. Wheelchairs electric and manual, tables, toilets and hospital scrubs. RARE distributes several containers a week to the Pacific Islands and Timor Leste.
