Registrations for the inaugural UTS LSS Sports Law Moot Intensive 2026 CLOSE TODAY! From contract disputes and anti-doping tribunals to governance and player eligibility, this is your final shot to argue one of the most dynamic areas and now you can argue it in the moot court to gauge your interest.

Key dates:
General Rounds - Thursday, 24 September 2026
Semi-Finals - Friday, 25 September 2026, 10.00am
Grand Final: Friday, 25 September 2026, 6.30pm

Registrations close on Thursday, 3 September 2026 - don’t miss your chance!

This competition runs in an intensive format, and that’s what makes it perfect for you. Rather than signing up for a longer and harder time commitment moot, this moot requires only just 3 pages of written submission, 12 minutes of oral submissions per speaker, 1 hour rounds with two general rounds across the span of a day. The whole competition is run over a tight schedule, so you are able to get exposure to mooting without the weeks of preparation that a traditional competition demands. It’s a genuine taste of advocacy; fast paced and designed to fit around a busy semester.

Register here NOW: https://bit.ly/SportsLaw26.

If you have any questions, please contact the Subject Mooting Director, Billy Long at [email protected], and either of our Vice-President (Competitions), Alex Marinos at [email protected] or Zac Boswell at [email protected].
