Our spooky play readings are happening TOMORROW, Saturday 7 November, but we need a few more young people to join us!

We postponed last week’s sessions due to low registrations, and we’d really love to see these plays come to life this weekend!

Our spooky play readings have decided to haunt us for another week! 👻

Unfortunately, due to low registration numbers, we’ve made the decision to postpone today’s LET’S READ sessions until next Saturday, 7 November 2026.

But don’t worry, the spooky fun isn’t cancelled — just delayed! 🦇

We’ll still be reading:

👻 Younger Group (8–12 years) – 4:00pm

Something spooky is brewing at Jopuka Youth Arts this Halloween!

We had a surprise for the Dear Adults… cast today….

Virag Dombay and Harry Fritsch came to see the show all the way from Queensland.

The cast were so excited and we were totally honoured to have them attend today’s performance and stay for a Q & A afterwards.

🎭 OPENING NIGHT IS TOMORROW! 🎭

What a preview! ❤️

Tonight our incredible young cast stepped onto the Red Tree Theatre stage in front of an audience for the very first time – and they absolutely brought Dear Adults... to life.

After weeks of rehearsals, lines, laughter, nerves, tech challenges and a whole lot of hard work, it was wonderful to finally hear an audience laughing, reacting and – most importantly – listening.

And tomorrow night we do it all again for our OFFICIAL OPENING NIGHT! 🎉
