SWEET SPARKLES HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🏡🐾

We are absolutely delighted to share that the beautiful 14-year-old Sparkles has found her happily ever after! 🏡💕

After losing the only home she had ever known when her beloved owner went into aged care, Sparkles has now been adopted by a wonderful person who has given her the quiet, loving home she so desperately needed.

Sparkles came out of her shell in no time and is absolutely thriving! She's soaking up all the love and attention, purring constantly to show just how happy and content she is 😻

She's also discovered all the best sunny spots in her new home, whether it's beside the window or stretched out on the lounge, enjoying her new life of comfort and relaxation ☀️🐾

A heartfelt thank you to the beautiful person who opened their heart and home to this gorgeous senior girl. It's so wonderful to see Sparkles feeling safe, loved and cherished once again.

Enjoy your golden years Sparkles. You deserve every bit of happiness! ❤️

MEET DUSTY - A gentle sweetheart!

AT AN INCREDIBLE 19 YEARS OF AGE, beautiful Dusty has become the oldest cat ever surrendered to Ninth Life Foundation!

Dusty's world changed when her beloved owner, who she had been with since she was 8 months old, moved into aged care. Her owner's daughter lovingly took Dusty into her home, but sadly, despite trying everything, her two resident cats simply wouldn't accept Dusty. With a heavy heart, the difficult decision was made to find somewhere Dusty could live out her golden years in peace.

Dusty went straight into the loving home of one of our wonderful foster carers, where she has been an absolute delight! 🥰

She has the most beautiful, calm, gentle temperament and absolutely adores human company. She'll come over asking for pats, sometimes gently reaching out her little paw to let you know she'd like some attention. And the moment you touch her, her purr motor starts! 😺

Dusty is incredibly easygoing and loves nothing more than curling up beside you on the couch or snoozing in her cosy bed by the window. She's still remarkably sprightly for her age, happily jumping up onto the couch and windowsill to watch the world go by 😻

Despite being 19, Dusty has no known health issues and is a happy, contented little lady with so much love to give 💕

Dusty would make the most wonderful companion for someone retired or who spends plenty of time at home. She's also good with children and dogs and could potentially live with a relaxed, cat-friendly feline companion, given slow and careful introductions.

At 19, Dusty’s wishes are simple - a warm, loving home, plenty of pats and affection, a cosy spot to curl up, and someone to cherish her and make every one of her remaining golden years truly special.

ADOPTION NEWS - SHADOW HAS FOUND HER FURREVER HOME! 🏡🐾

We are absolutely thrilled to share that the gorgeous Shadow has found her furrever home with a wonderful family!

From being abandoned as a tiny kitten, to then having to spend six months boarding at a vet clinic before she came to us, Shadow has certainly had her share of challenges. But those days are now behind her and this gorgeous girl finally has a loving home to call her own and she’s making the most of every moment! 😻

She is settling in beautifully and loving life, exploring her new surroundings, discovering all the cosy spots around the house and enjoying her cat tower, which has quickly become a favourite place to relax. It’s so heartwarming to see her happy, comfortable and enjoying all the little pleasures of home life 😺

A huge thank you to the wonderful family who opened their hearts and home to this gorgeous girl. You’ve given Shadow the love, security and happiness she so deserves.

Meet Merlin - A Gentle Soul Learning to Trust 🧡🤍

Merlin is a gorgeous 6-year-old boy with the most adorable little face that's simply impossible to resist! 🐾❤️

Merlin came to us from BARC (Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre) after being surrendered to them as part of a colony of stray cats. Sadly, the kind person who had been feeding them passed away, leaving Merlin and his feline friends without the person they had come to rely on. When BARC reached out to us we knew he needed his Ninth Life.

Having spent much of his life without close human contact, Merlin is understandably wary of being touched. He still flinches when someone pats him, but beneath that uncertainty is a gentle little soul who is slowly learning to trust and accept affection. ❤️

Since arriving at Ninth Life Foundation, Merlin has been getting a little braver every day! He's an inquisitive boy who loves exploring, enjoying his scratching post and stretching out in the sunshine on his enclosed verandah ☀️

Merlin is looking for someone very special. Someone with a kind heart, plenty of patience and an understanding that trust takes time. He may not be ready for cuddles just yet, but we believe that in time, with love and gentle encouragement, he'll continue to blossom.

We're also told Merlin loves other cats, so he could be a wonderful companion for a friendly feline sibling, given slow and gentle introductions 🐾

Merlin may take a little longer to open his heart, but watching this beautiful boy learn to feel safe and loved will be a reward in itself.

Cheeky Adorable Checkers has made himself completely at home in his foster house 💙

He is providing his foster carer with lots of laughs - his playfulness, curiosity and wanting to be as close as he can be to his human is providing endless entertainment!

Meet Little One - A Little Girl with a Whole Lot of Love to Give! 💕

Little One is a gorgeous 7-year-old sweetheart looking for a forever home where she can be your best friend 🐾❤️

Sadly, Little One's world was turned upside down when her beloved owner had to move into aged care. She was surrendered to BARC (Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre) along with her feline sibling, who has since been adopted. BARC reached out to us and we didn’t hesitate to give Little One her Ninth Life.

Despite all the changes in her life, Little One hasn't lost her affectionate, loving nature. She is an absolute purr machine who simply adores human company! She loves nothing more than rubbing herself against you, rolling over to show you just how happy she is and soaking up every bit of love and attention she can get 🥰

Little One is happiest when she's close to her humans. She's not asking for much, just someone to love, plenty of pats and a warm, safe home where she can feel cherished again 🏡

Having previously lived with another cat, Little One could happily share her new home with a feline sibling, provided introductions are slow and gentle.

❤️ POSS HAS BEEN ADOPTED! ❤️

After everything she's been through, our beautiful 8-year-old Poss has finally found her happily ever after! 🏡💕

Her world was turned upside down when she was left at a boarding facility, now we are so happy to share that this gentle, affectionate girl has a loving home to call her very own.

And hasn't she settled in beautifully! 🥰 Poss is absolutely smitten with her new owner and sticks to her like a magnet! Whether it's sitting on her lap or stretching out on top of her, Poss just can't get close enough. She's also showing off her playful side, chasing toys and running around her new home like she owns the place! 🐾

After so much uncertainty, it's heartwarming to see Poss feeling so happy, safe and loved.

Wishing this very special girl and her wonderful new owner a lifetime of love and happiness together. Thank you for giving her the happiness, safety and love she deserves ❤️🐱
