We’re investigating a foamy substance in the creek, checking for any potential harm to the local environment and potential sources.

This morning 108 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 15 were first timers and 12 recorded new Personal Bests 👏👏

The event was made possible by 11 volunteers:

Also, a huge shout out to Bec! 👏👏
Bec is from the SES Gisborne Unit and is taking part in a stair climb event on 12 September. She certainly put in the training today!
Today she tackled the hill with a backpack full of added weight…She powered her way up the hill and then kept going to complete the 5km. 💪
All the best and we can’t wait to hear from you after the stair climb! 🙌❤️
