The September lock-in begins today! Summer isn’t a last-minute panic—it’s a four-month plan. Whether you are going to the gym, joining a run club or playing pickle ball with your friends, from 1 Sept to 31 Dec, lock-in and get active!

Think early alarms, healthy meal prepping, and unintentionally** skipping plans.

You got this! 🏃🏻‍♂️

Community is one of the most powerful protectors of our mental health. Whether it’s through sports clubs, run clubs, social clubs, or simply finding a group where you feel connected, these communities give people a sense of belonging, purpose, and support.

In Australia, 1 in 4 people experience loneliness—a statistic that highlights just how important connection really is. Building stronger communities and creating more opportunities for people to come together isn’t just nice to have; it’s essential for our wellbeing

Thanks Sean.

FINÉ Mental Health sat down with the founder of The Shaka Project, Sean Phillip, for an honest conversation about mental health, The Shaka Project’s ‘Why’, and the importance of looking out for one another. In this clip we touch on what it means to others when you speak up, and dive deeper into why Sean and his team do what they do.

Conversations and feedback like these remind us that checking-in, speaking up, and supporting those around us can make a real difference.

On the back of Men’s Health Week, we encourage all men to have a “bloke to bloke” and check in on your mates. A simple conversation could mean more than you know.

The full conversation with Sean will be available on reels very soon, so join us as we continue breaking down the stigma around mental health - for now, enjoy the short clips!

Thanks Sean.

This Men’s Health Week, we encourage everyone to take a moment to check in with the men in their lives. And for men to check in on one another.

Men’s Health Week is not only about men—it is also about the people around them. Friends, partners, family members, teammates, and colleagues all have an important role to play in creating conversations that encourage men to seek support when they need it.

Sometimes, all it takes is a simple message, phone call, or coffee catch-up to remind someone that they are not alone.

This week, prioritise your mental and physical health. Check in on your mates, speak openly, stay active, and remember that looking after yourself is a sign of strength.

Let’s continue building a community where conversations about health and wellbeing are normal, supported, and encouraged.

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Oasis Counselling as FINE’s official in-house counselling service.

Since FINE’s inception, our vision has always been to grow into an organisation that offers more than just awareness campaigns, information, and motivation. We are committed to creating meaningful pathways to support, and this partnership is a major step forward in that journey.

By partnering with Oasis Counselling, we can now connect our community with professional counselling services and additional support when it’s needed most.

If you or someone you know could benefit from speaking with a qualified counsellor, we encourage you to reach out to the team at Oasis today and take advantage of a free initial consultation.

FINÉ Caught up with Coach Jay from the Footscray Rangers during the All Abilities Round!

This past weekend’s All Abilities Round was a fantastic celebration of inclusion, community, and the beautiful game.

A huge thank you to Football Victoria and Footscray Rangers for helping create such a memorable day. With perfect sunny weather, hundreds of kids, parents, coaches, and supporters coming together to enjoy football in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Football is for all abilities, so here’s to continuing to grow the game and ensuring football is something we can all call ‘home’.
