From 13–17 July, Young Life Asia Pacific celebrated an exciting milestone by hosting its first New Staff Training designed specifically for the Pacific Region. Held in our very own Sydney, the training brought together four new staff members for a week of learning, collaboration and encouragement.

Our new staff participated in practical workshops, ministry discussions and hands-on training as they prepared to serve young people across Australia and the Pacific.

Investing in leaders is one of the most significant ways we strengthen ministry for the future, and we are excited to see the lasting impact these new staff members will have in their communities.

But in Young Life ministry, we see the opposite every day.

A short conversation becomes a trusted friendship.
One invitation becomes a life-changing experience.
One caring adult becomes someone a teenager can rely on.
