Join SMG Dads for Cooking with Dad, a fun two-week cooking experience for dads and children.

Learn, cook, connect and enjoy a meal together while building confidence in the kitchen.

Suitable for children aged 6 years and over. Attendance at both sessions is required.

💛 What a beautiful morning we shared at our P&F Grandparents Day! 💛

A huge thank you to all the grandparents and special visitors who joined us today. It was so lovely to see our school filled with smiles, laughter, and special memories being made.

We would especially like to thank our amazing Year 2 families for the incredible job they did helping with the morning tea, your effort, generosity, and organisation truly made the morning extra special.

Thank you also to our wonderful choir for their beautiful singing, and to all of our teachers and students for the fantastic classroom activities, performances, and dances. The children absolutely loved sharing their learning and talents with their special guests.

And finally, thank you to our hardworking P&F volunteers for helping bring the whole event together. Community events like this wouldn’t be possible without your support 💐

☀️ Friendly reminder to our school community that icy poles are only available from the canteen on Tuesdays!

We’ve had a few students heading to the canteen on other days hoping to grab one, so we’d love your help reminding your little people to save their icy pole excitement for Tuesday 😊

✨ Look what’s arrived! ✨

Thanks to the incredible support of our school community and the amazing fundraising efforts throughout 2025, the P&F has been able to purchase new bag hooks for the school. How good do they look! 👏🎒

A big thank you as well to Mr Clark, who has been busy installing them around the school. You may have already noticed some classrooms have theirs up, with the remaining classes to be completed throughout the term. 😊

Every raffle ticket purchased, event attended, donation made and volunteer hour given helps make projects like this possible. Your ongoing support truly makes a difference to our students and school environment. 💛

🌟 Grandparents Day Donations Needed 🌟

Our Y2 Parent Reps are getting ready for a wonderful Grandparents Day celebration on Thursday 28th May, and we’d love a little help from our amazing school community. 💛

We are currently seeking donations of:
• Tongs
• Teaspoons
• Platters
• Serviettes
• Sauce bowls

If you’re able to help, please drop donations to the Front Office near the P&F mailbox by Tuesday 26th May.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mums, grandmothers, carers and special women in our school community! 💐

We hope your day has been filled with love, laughter and even a few cuddles from your little people. We also hope everyone is enjoying the thoughtful gifts chosen at our Mother’s Day Stall. The students had so much fun picking out something special for you all. 💝

A huge thank you to our wonderful Mother’s Day Stall volunteers who generously gave their time to help make the stall such a success. Your support, organisation and smiling faces helped create a really special experience for our students.

💐 Mother’s Day Stall Update 💐

Our first stall day is done and dusted, and what a beautiful start it’s been 💖

Students loved choosing from the amazing selection of gifts and it was so special to see the excitement and care they put into their choices.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful volunteers who made today run so smoothly, we couldn’t do it without you 🌸

Final stall will be this Friday for students who didn't get to pick something today.
