I would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of our Wasa Committee, to everyone who played a part in making this all possible!

Our amazing tutors, we thank you for the time, patience, love and dedication you continue to pour into our Wasa Siva Academy kids. Your guidance and encouragement mean more than you know. Behind every successful event is a team that works tirelessly behind the scenes, and our Wasa staff and crew deserve so much appreciation from the kitchen and backstage crew to our sound team and everyone who helps bring it all together. And to our wonderful parents, thank you for always showing up, bringing your kids, supporting them and trusting us to be part of their siva journey. Every single one of you has played a special part in making this possible, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

John Maea and Ella Maea , our Presidents of the Western Australia Samoa Association, thank you for creating a space where our kids can learn, grow and stay connected to their culture. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you both for taking on this role and for everything that comes with it. We know it isn’t an easy responsibility, but the love you have for our kids, our culture and our Samoan community speaks for itself. Seeing your vision come to life once again through Wasa 2.0 is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when that love is turned into action. Your hard work, sacrifice and commitment are creating something our kids can be proud to be part of, and we’re so grateful for everything you continue to do for our community.

And a special shoutout to Tj Taotua for travelling all the way from Auckland to be with us and uplift our crowd even more. We appreciate you and the love you brought with you! ❤️
