📚✨ Pathshala Update ✨📚

Our Pathshala classes are in full swing, and our students are actively learning to write Nepali letters with great enthusiasm.

🎉 We also celebrated the birthday of one of our lovely students at Pathshala. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday and many more wonderful years ahead! 🎂💐

💃 Our students are also busy preparing dance performances for the upcoming Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival happening on Saturday, 20 June. They are working hard and showing amazing dedication.

🌏 We warmly welcome everyone to come along, enjoy the festival, and support our students as they showcase their talents on stage.

Thank you to the Australia-Nepal Friendship Society (ANFS) team for the recognition and appreciation of Queanbeyan Pathshala.

We sincerely appreciate all the support and encouragement you have provided to us over the years. We look forward to continuing our collaboration wherever possible to strengthen our community and work towards our shared goals.

We would also like to congratulate the ANFS Team 2024–2026 for their outstanding work and dedication. Your efforts have set a very high standard and made a significant positive impact on the community.

Finally, congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected team members for the 2026–2028 term. We wish you every success in your new roles and look forward to seeing the continued growth and achievements of ANFS.

Queanbeyan Pathshala: Learning and Cultural Activities in Progress

Queanbeyan Pathshala continues to make great progress in learning and cultural engagement. Our students are enthusiastically practicing cultural dances for the upcoming Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival.

We also had the opportunity to celebrate the birthday of one of our students, as well as the birthday of the Treasurer of the Queanbeyan Nepalese Society. It was a wonderful moment of joy and togetherness. Happy Birthday once again!

A heartfelt thank you to all parents, students, volunteers, and everyone who continues to support Pathshala, both directly and indirectly. Your encouragement and contribution help us preserve our culture, strengthen our community, and create meaningful learning experiences for our children.

Yesterday at Pathshala, we joyfully celebrated Mother’s Day with our wonderful students. ❤️

All the kids gave heartfelt speeches in Nepali dedicated to their beloved mothers. It was lovely to see their confidence, love, and appreciation expressed so beautifully. The children also had a great time participating in Mother’s Day colouring activities, filling the room with smiles and creativity. 🎨🌸

We also celebrated the birthday of one of our sweet students, Sayana. 🎂🥳 Wishing her lots of happiness, good health, and a bright future ahead!

A big thank you to everyone who made the celebration special and memorable. 🙏

Yesterday marked the last day of Term 1 at Pathshala. Our students have been learning the Nepali language, culture, and traditions, helping them stay connected to their roots while growing up in a multicultural community. 🌏🇳🇵

As part of celebrating diversity, we also celebrated Harmony Day, reminding everyone of the beautiful message:
“Everyone belongs.” 🧡

We are excited to share that Queanbeyan Nepalese Society along with Pathshala students will be performing at the Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival on 28 March 2026 at 10:15 AM sharp.

We warmly invite everyone to come along, support our children, and celebrate the richness of multicultural Australia together.
