Today, at Tarra Dojo, there were 2 try-out sessions with students from Wangaratta District Special School. Their involvment was awesome, and the level of fun showed on all their faces. OSU!

**SNOW TRAINING UPDATE**
We will train at CRESTA today.

It looks like a great day on the plateau, but weather can switch quickly, so bring appropriate clothes to change into.

Cresta has some icy corners to navigate carefully and so the trip up might take longer. Please meet at Porepunkah BY 1.30pm.
(if you arrive late then head straight up Mt Buffalo).

For those who want snow play or tobogganing, feel free to go up Mt Buffalo earlier and then meet us in the CRESTA car park around 2.15pm.

**WINTER TRAINING UPDATE**

We have been closely monitoring the upcoming snow reports, and it is looking like the best option would be to head up the mountain on Saturday afternoon. The forecast for conditions on Sunday would make it impossible to train, therefore we have made this call.

To this end, we will now meet at the Porepunkah Hall at 1.30pm on SATURDAY 8 August, and then head up Mt Buffalo for snow training.
There is a market happening in the morning, but it is due to finish by 1pm. However, this means we may need to meet closer to the school, which is in the same street.
Please make sure you have your snow chains organised before then. It is illegal to travel up the mountain without them, regardless of conditions, unless there is advice from Parks Victoria to say otherwise.

The Sayonara will remain unchanged on Saturday night 8 August.

The indoor training session will now be on SUNDAY 9 August at the Bright venue, 10am - 12noon.

We hope everyone can understand why we have made this decision, we believe that ultimately, training in the snow is an opportunity not to be missed, and we want to make it happen.

Please pass this on to everyone you know who is attending, the sooner the better, giving the most time to change any arrangements.
