Noosa Country Show

Held at the beautifully located Pomona Showground in the Noosa hinterland, the Noosa Country Show is one of Queensland's premier traditional country shows.

The Noosa Country Show, run by the Noosa AH&I Society, is held on the Society-owned Pomona Showgrounds. It is a great volunteer community run event that showcase all the wonderful talented people we have living here. Everything from sewing and craft, cookery to photography, horse eventing, stud beef show including junior judges and paraders, dairy catttle, dogs, woodchop comp, Art and Junior Art. There are lots of other entertainment options too.

Calling all makers, carvers and creators!

The Wood Craft schedule for the 2026 Noosa Country Show is now available.

From handcrafted furniture and detailed carving to turned timber, creative pieces and traditional craftsmanship — we love seeing the skill, patience and creativity that goes into every entry. Whether you’re an experienced woodworker or simply enjoy creating in the shed, we’d love to see your work on display this year.

Future cattle stars — this one’s for you!

The Stud Beef Junior Handlers & Junior Judges schedule for the 2026 Noosa Country Show is now available.

These competitions are a fantastic opportunity for young people to build confidence, develop skills, learn from experienced exhibitors and get involved in the exciting world of stud beef showing. Whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or already have a few ribbons under your belt, we’d love to see you there!

The Noosa Country Show 2026 is galloping your way — and this year we’re celebrating the Year of the Horse!

Get ready for a Show packed with horses, horsepower, country spirit, competitions, entertainment, food, family fun and all the traditions that make the Show such a favourite on the local calendar.
