πŸŒΏπŸ’š Roving Restorers – Noosa Chapter πŸ’šπŸŒΏ

Do you manage a Land for Wildlife or VCA property and could use a helping hand with w**d control or revegetation? 🌱

The Roving Restorers Program is back β€” connecting landholders with a passionate team of volunteer bush regenerators who assist with practical on-ground restoration work across the Noosa Shire 🌿

Delivered in partnership with Hinterland Bush Links and Noosa Council, this program supports local landholders to improve biodiversity and strengthen the health of our landscapes πŸŒπŸ’š

Whether it’s w**d management or revegetation support, this is a great opportunity to bring extra capacity to restoration projects on your property 🌱

🌏🌿 Happy World Environment Day – Friday 5th June 2026 🌿🌏

Today we join communities around the world in celebrating World Environment Day β€” a reminder of the importance of caring for the natural places that sustain us all πŸ’šπŸŒ±

This year is a chance to reflect on how our everyday actions, both big and small, help protect biodiversity, restore landscapes, and support a healthier future for people and wildlife 🌿

Here in the Noosa region we’re lucky to be surrounded by incredible natural ecosystems β€” from bushland and creeks to coastal habitats β€” all home to unique plants and wildlife worth protecting 🌱🐝🦜

πŸ’š How you can get involved today (and every day):
β€’ Plant native species to support local biodiversity 🌿
β€’ Protect and restore waterways, bushland and habitats πŸ’§
β€’ Create wildlife-friendly gardens at home 🐸🐝
β€’ Learn more about your local environment and share knowledge πŸ“š
β€’ Support community-led conservation and restoration projects 🌱

Every action counts β€” from one plant in the ground to caring for entire landscapes πŸŒπŸ’š

Let’s keep working together to protect the places that make our region so special 🌿✨
