Our Engineering members can turn items on the lathes & mill. Feel free to contact us with your requirements.

Some of the steps involved in green sand moulding..... and yes, Terry is sitting down on the job 😂😂😂
They're using a special mix of sand and "water glass" which, when CO2 is gently pumped into it, sets hard ensuring the finished casting is as clean and accurate as replica of the original as possible.

Another successful day on the CNC machine.... these little "keys" are actually Dutch clock case pegs (they hold the case pendulum cover on it slides like a drawer up and down) for a customer of ours.
