With Cyclone Alfred fast approaching you need to secure your home and get the adequate amount of supplies…then:

🚩Check in on your neighbours.
🚩Share your extra water 💧 , sandbags, TP. 🧻
🚩Make sure the street fb/WhatsApp group has the right contact details.
🚩Just be aware, if you haven’t seen them in a while. Knock on the door.

Community is essential before, during and after the storm passes.

Thinking of all our streets in South-East Queensland.

It’s beyond anything we could have imagined… 1000 people in 1000 streets creating safe & free space for people to move from social isolation to community. Seeing the simple & ordinary as sacred while centring the margins. It’s a form of Creative Justice }{ Making the right things.

No better News on a Friday 😇 Our little movement has just passed the 800 street mark 🎉…. It’s all about the people and places and how they are sacred. Thank you for doing the ordinary good things consistently well in your neighbourhoods.
