Line Dance with the Jacaranda Indonesian Women’s Group 💜

Come along for an afternoon of movement, laughter and connection as we enjoy a fun Line Dance session together. No experience is needed, this beginner-friendly workshop is all about having fun, meeting new people and enjoying time in a supportive community.

Belonging Workshops for Mums 💜

When so much of our time, energy and attention is focused on caring for others, it can be easy to lose sight of where we belong as individuals.

Join Zoe from Zode Kinesiology for a special two-part workshop series exploring connection, identity and belonging through discussion, reflection, journalling and creative activities. These sessions are designed to help mums reconnect with themselves while navigating the journey of parenthood.

Jacaranda Mums & Bubs Playgroup 📚👶

Join us this Thursday for our Jacaranda Mums & Bubs Playgroup, featuring a special Baby Rhymetime session presented by Bayside Council Library.

Baby Rhymetime is a fun and engaging way for little ones to enjoy songs, rhymes and stories while supporting early learning and development. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for mums and carers to connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Join us for a fun and creative afternoon at Jacaranda Women’s Hub as we create beautiful handmade jewellery together.

Choose from a variety of semi-precious stone beads and design your own beaded bracelet or phone chain in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you're feeling creative or simply looking to connect with others, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy something different and take home a unique piece you've made yourself.

Landscapes with Liz 🎨

Join us for a special creative workshop at Jacaranda Women’s Hub as we welcome Liz Burcher from Randwick Art Society for an introduction to painting landscapes.

This relaxed and welcoming session will guide participants through the process of creating their own landscape artwork, making it perfect for both beginners and those looking to explore their creativity in a supportive environment.

All materials will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own art supplies if you prefer.

Fire Safety Talk at Jacaranda 🔥

Join us at Jacaranda Women’s Hub for an important Fire Safety Talk presented by NSW Fire & Rescue.

Did you know that almost 50% of all fires start in the kitchen? A fire can take hold in just minutes, but small preventative actions can make a big difference.

A reminder that tomorrow we will be hosting our special Shell Art Workshop with Aunty Lola as part of Reconciliation Week at Jacaranda Women’s Hub.

We are honoured to welcome Aunty Lola Ryan, a proud Dharawal Elder from La Perouse, who will share the tradition of shell art — a practice passed down through generations in her family.

This workshop is an opportunity to create your own shell art piece while learning about shared histories, culture and connection in celebration of Reconciliation Week and this year’s theme, ALL IN.
