We are a well respected NDIS provider operating out of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

We create opportunities for adults living with a disability to live independently through modern residential accommodation, community day programs and employment pathways. Windgap is a not for profit organisation providing services to people with intellectual disabilities, including supported
employment, supported accommodation, training, community access and
community participation in day program

outstanding reputation as a quality disability services provider since 1953
in the eastern suburbs of Sydney and prides itself on its
values of caring, integrity, independence, innovation and empowerment.

We were saddened earlier this year by the sudden passing of our much-loved skipper, Tony. 💙

Participants and staff came together to honour his memory with a minute’s silence, sharing stories of his kindness and dedication, and scattering flower petals on the water a tribute to someone who brought so much joy to our sailing community.

This week, we also received the sad news of the passing of Vice Commodore Gaye Kelly. Gaye played an instrumental role in making our Sailability sessions run smoothly, ensuring they were enjoyed by so many. Her commitment, generosity, and tireless work behind the scenes made a lasting impact on our participants and community.

Tony and Gaye will be remembered not only for their incredible contributions to Sailability, but for the warmth, care, and opportunities they brought to Windgap over the years.

They will be missed. 🌸

Nervous but prepared, our Windgap Warriors stepped onto the field like champions and walked off victorious. 🏆⚽

Please pause whatever you’re doing and help us celebrate Windgap’s legendary soccer players! Not only did they earn the trophy through skill and determination, but they also showed true sportsmanship; polite, respectful, and gracious to their opponents at Pagewood Botany Football Club.
