Looking after your kidneys and bladder is an important part of diabetes care.

Changes can develop over time, often without obvious symptoms – which is why regular check-ups are so important. Staying on top of your health checks can help detect issues early and support long-term wellbeing.

❤️ This National Blood Donor Week (8–14 June), we're celebrating the everyday heroes who roll up their sleeves and give blood to save lives.

Every day, thousands of Australians rely on donated blood and blood products. This includes people undergoing cancer treatment, women experiencing complications during childbirth and patients recovering from accidents, surgery and serious illness.

Most of us will need blood or blood products at some point in our lives yet only a small percentage of Australians donate. Remember, when you donate, you're giving more than just blood. You're also:
☀️ providing hope to a family
☀️ helping someone through treatment
☀️ giving someone another tomorrow

This National Blood Donor Week, we want to thank the donors whose generosity keeps Australia's blood supply flowing and ask could you be someone's lifeline?

Violence against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women is driven by the ongoing impacts of colonisation, alongside gender inequality. To prevent this violence, we must all play our part and address these drivers.
