ArtsNational Noosa (formerly ADFAS) is one of 36 Societies in Australia that provides stimulating illustrated arts talks on a wide spectrum of art related topics. ArtsNational Noosa (formerly ADFAS) presents to its members and visitors at St Mary's Church, William Street, Tewantin a monthly Saturday afternoon program from March to October of eight illustrated talks given by Australian and overseas

lecturers chosen for their communication skills and expert knowledge in their fields. The full program can be found on the website ArtsNational.au/societies/noosa

Tours to galleries, exhibitions, places of interest are also arranged throughout the year and in November a Christmas celebration is enjoyed in conjunction with the AGM. New members and visitors are always welcome with the Membership Secretary happily responding to all enquiries.

Constantin Brancusi 20th Century Sculpture will be presented by David Worthington on Saturday 23 May at St Mary's Church, 17 William St, Tewantin at 3.45 for a 4.00pm start
David is a fellow of the Royal Society of Sculptures. He has undertaken public commissions in the UK, America and Japan. He will explain how Brancusi, the son of a peasant farmer from Romania, became an internationally famous artist who is now seeing as one of the most important sculptures of the 20th century. How did this happen and what is so special about his work?
