🌿 Nurtured by Nature: Free Dementia-Friendly Walks 🌿

We’re proud to support one of our long-standing auspicing groups, bringing wonderful health and wellness initiatives to the Hobsons Bay community.

These gentle, two-hour sensory nature walks are designed for people living with dementia and the loved ones who care for them. Enjoy the calming benefits of nature, gentle movement and meaningful time together in a welcoming environment.

📍 Upcoming walks:
🌳 Newport Lakes – Tuesday 27 October
🌊 Logan Reserve / Altona Beach – Wednesday 4 November
🌿 Williamstown Botanic Gardens – Thursday 12 November
🌳 Newport Lakes – Saturday 14 November

All walks start at 10 am and are free, with registration required.

After Friday, the spring school holidays are here!
