5–12 July | 50 Years of Deadly

This NAIDOC Week, we celebrate 50 years of culture, strength, leadership, truth-telling and community 🖤💛❤️

The 2026 theme, 50 Years of Deadly, honours the Elders, organisers, artists, leaders and communities who have carried NAIDOC forward for generations.

NAIDOC is more than a week. It’s a time to listen, learn, celebrate culture, support community-led events, and continue the work of respect, justice and self-determination.

🎉 YOUTH CON '26 🎉

Back by popular demand, Youth Con returns for its 3rd year and it’s bigger and better than ever!

Youth Con ‘26 is an epic afternoon celebrating music, creativity, fun, and community spirit, all designed and delivered by local young people from the Westside Studio Crew, with support from Hobsons Bay Youth Services.

Happy IDAHOBIT day! This Sunday, May 17 is a day to celebrate and acknowledge our LGBTIQA+ peeps and community.

Every IDAHOBIT we celebrate the progress we have made, while also raising awareness for the discrimination that LGBTQIA+ people still face today.

Hobsons Bay Youth Services is a safe space for all young people, and we proudly support and advocate for our LGBTIQA+ community.

We’re holding Youth Con AUDITIONS during our May Westside Open Studio Sessions!

Whether you’re a band, solo artist, acoustic duo, DJ, or dance group, we want to see you audition for the chance to perform at Youth Con ‘26 on 10 July at Williamstown Town Hall.
