What a month it has been at Murray Mallee Aged Care Group! 💛

This year's Aged Care Employee Day was more than just a single event for us, but a month-long celebration of recognising and honouring our Everyday Heroes who support seniors across South Australia.

From giftboxes, to costumes, and coffee catch-ups, it was all done to say thank you to the entire team!

It was a great opportunity for office staff to step away from their desks for a day of laughs, friendly competition, and getting to know each other more.

We also celebrated our everyday heroes who have been with us for many years – thank you for your continued service to the community!

Maggie who? 🐦 That's right, for the next CHSP Seniors Bus Trip, we're heading to Maggie Beer's Farm for a wonderful day in the spring sun as we tour the essence of the famous chef and enjoy some excellent food!

Cost includes morning tea and a grazing board lunch. 🍴

Spring has sprung! If you have a Support at Home package, then enjoy the sunlight by coming to some of Kaleidescape's social activities. 🌞

🌼 We're kicking off the season right with a garden and flower day at Murray Bridge Golf Club on September 3. Take in the beautiful greenery and enjoy a delicious morning tea and lunch with friends.

🚌🍫 This month's Bus Trip will take us to the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company on 10 September. See how some of the best chocolate around is made and enjoy a tasty lunch (and some treats!) with great company. Please meet at the Murray Bridge Seventh Day Adventist Church at 9:00am to ensure a timely departure, and we will return at 3:30pm. Please bring walking aids for support if needed.

🛋️🪻Designed for low mobility, this month's Comfy Cruisers trip is travelling to the Lyndoch Lavender Farm. Enjoy the farm fields in the spring sun as we enjoy a lovely lunch at the café. Please meet at the Murray Bridge Seventh Day Adventist Church at 9:00am to ensure a timely departure, and we will return at 3:00pm. Please bring walking aids for support if needed.

🎤 For 17 September, we'll enjoy a guest music performance at Murray Bridge Golf Club with morning tea and lunch included. Get ready to clap and dance along!

Today, the team at Murray Mallee Aged Care Group and My Choice Care is proud to support Flanno for a Farmer Day. 🩷

We put our hats on and wore our flannos to support a cause that is especially meaningful to us. This day is an opportunity to remember Robert Sexton, a farmer and cherished member of our Board for 24 years, who loved, worked, and lived on the land he called home.
